ARCHITECTURAL MEETING

  • We liaise with the client and architect to achieve desired results
  • We partner with several architects in the Central Ohio market with whom we have earned pre-negotiated, wholesale pricing based on our volume
  • We design according to your specifications – not what some builders think you need

DESIGN MEETING

  • We will meet in our showroom to review all the materials and color options for the interior and exterior of your home
  • We will price any additional items that you might like to include in a Change Order and collect payment
  • You will receive documentation detailing your chosen selections to review and sign into agreement prior to construction

BUDGET AND CONTRACT

  • We establish a budget based on your final blueprints and design selections
  • We confirm your level of comfort with the budget, and value engineer where needed
  • We develop and present the contract for you to sign so we can initiate the Permit Process

CONSTRUCTION LOAN

  • We work with your bank to supply all budgets and required documents
  • We provide job cost accounting and AIA payment requests to your bank
  • We work with your bank to close out the job at completion
  • We can refer you to our preferred lenders, if needed

  • We partner with over 500 qualified contractors
